FISA was fraudulently used. The judge(s) likely in on it. This is bad. Really, really, bad.
In this situation, the crime is sedition/treason. The cover up too.

It was a good post right up to the end. Nobody can be charged with treason in this case. Look up the legal definition of treason, and you’ll see why nobody has been convicted of a treason charge in more than 50 years.

I don’t see it happening, but it would be nice, as the one side benefit I foresee is that Big Media would DROP EVERYTHING ELSE to defend the traitor.
