Another day, another pro-illegal/LGBT bill from the California State Assembly.

The California legislature is in a state of insurrection against our constitutional republic.

Damn the courts (looking at you, Sessions). Send in the Marines to arrest the lot of them for sedition.

Lock them up!

Trump administration’s illegal immigration crackdown.

If they repeat it enough and believe real hard...still a lie.

California’s separatist movement isn’t really thinking rationally.

Sure some of California’s occupants don’t agree with the rest of the nation, but I’m thinking more in terms of leaving the human race than just leaving the nation.

These people are a throwback to ancient illiterate times.

So California wants to secede given its policies.

The only reason they want to stay is for their ability to tilt elections in their favor.

I call B S on Gonzalez Fletcher!

This stops the media from pronouncing
That the Arrested person has been deported
Twenty times previously,
Showing what a disaster California
has become due to illegals!

Just another indication that government of California is not of the people, by the people or for the people . . .er unless you are an illegal.

There are many Californians getting sick of it. They just don’t get press and have virtually no representation nor political hope. Most conservative common sense propositions and plurality are shot down by judges or ignored altogether by the California one party system.

The Mexicans are deconstructing the laws of American California in favor of, of course, Mexicans.

It’s all they think of.

That’s what actual nations do: go mad in favor of their people.

Gonzalez Fletcher is not an American. She is rabidly for the people of her nation: Mexico.

We shouldn’t let her make laws for us by claiming that she’s “one of us”.

Time to end this silliness.

'Reductio ad absurdum' If they will not reveal their status then - detain every single one of them, every single one until their status becomes known. Jam the system up. Replicate in all walks of life - starting with the actual legislators. Cloward–Piven strategy !!!!

After seeing the extremely competent and tireless investigators who cracked the Golden State Killer case and brought the bastard to justice, this is just sickening. The democrat party is actively conspiring to hide/obscure the identity of criminals and working opposite the good cops. Maybe Joe DeAngelo, the accused, should just say 'no habla anglais' and demand an interpreter.

Republicans would be really stupid if they don’t keep reminding voters how the RATs care more about illegals than they do American citizens.

Pound that home each day!

Marbury v. Madison 1803, vol 5, pg 137

It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that, in declaring what shall be the supreme law of the land, the Constitution itself is first mentioned, and not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the Constitution, have that rank.
Thus, the particular phraseology of the Constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written Constitutions, that
a law repugnant to the Constitution is void,
and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.

Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (1886)

While acts of a de facto incumbent of an office lawfully created by law and existing are often held to be binding from reasons of public policy, the acts of a person assuming to fill and perform the duties of an office which does not exist de jure can have no validity whatever in law.

An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it had never been passed.

Pass laws that are void from inception, should be the main charges in a treason charge & trial for usurping the Constitution.
