This is the last gasp of a dying movement. Once the protests subside (as they inevitably will) there will be more of the usual infighting among Pals. The only route to true peace is recognition of reality (Israel’s existence) and agreement to turn their swords into plowshares.

If there is regime change in Iran, and Hamas has lost the support of Gulf Arabs, the ruling gang in Gaza could face a very different reality by year’s end. Perhaps Turkey will buy them out - it would be their last lifeline.
