The U.S. government has identified a suspect in the leak last year of a large portion of the CIA’s computer hacking arsenal, the cyber tools the agency had used to conduct espionage operations overseas, according to interviews and public documents.
But despite months of investigation, prosecutors have been unable to bring charges against the man, who is a former CIA employee currently being held in a Manhattan jail on unrelated charges.

He didn’t intend to do it.
I certainly wouldnt mind having some of these tools myself and investigating my local, state and federal politicians. To start.
This culture of hate and harm America has to stop!
This leaker needs to be sentenced to death and the sentence carried out expediently.
If an example isn’t made of this traitor, then people will continue to leak information (secrets), tools (software), resources (uranium) and funds(pallets of cash) that can be used to harm MY COUNTRY.

in my opinion the loss of those CIA hacking tools is probably the biggest loss of intelligence potential in my lifetime, and yet the leftist fake stream media didn’t even bother to yawn ... too busy trying to prevent Trump from being elected to cover any actual news ...
This was cool he spilled the beans. The CIA was collecting tools and techniques of hacking so they could make a cyber attack or a hack LOOK like it came from some innocent nation.
And this matters because they are busy right now saying “the Russians hacked the election”, “Guccifer hacked Hillary”, etc etc.
There are no legitimate reasons for our intel agencies to be able to blame foreign nations or individuals for things they do. All that is is a frame up tool.
