Don’t get me wrong, as I certainly don’t support mass killings, but the guy in Norway, in 2011 (I think), pretty much did just that. The people he gunned down were being ‘groomed’ to continue the re-population efforts, at least according to him (but also backed up by official numbers).

He was a very serious man. He misjudged his countrymen's love of freedom and their understanding that they were in a war for their survival
by quite a bit but he definitely knew what his country's leaders were up to - namely population replacement.
