Inspector General Michael Horowitz has submitted the “Draft Report” of his OIG investigation to the principals involved. The IG investigation encompasses the FBI and DOJ conduct during the 2015/2016 Hillary Clinton investigation. The Draft Report encompasses the findings.
The Draft Report review is the last review phase prior to the Final report being released. The Draft Report review allows the principals to provide input on the facts identified and outlined within the draft.

Since this OIG report is ONLY about whether FBI/DOJ procedures were followed in the Hillary email investigation, it will contain no new information, but will confirm what is already known.
The chances are 99% that there will be no criminal prosecution based on this OIG report.
He is NOT allowed to see this report. I suppose he's depending on leaks. I believe that Comey, Clapper and Brennan are scum....and liars....and co-conspirators to take down Trump.
It is my understanding the OIG Horowitz is doing the investigating.
Huber was brought on board last fall to help prepare indictments for those found by Horowitz to have engaged in criminal activity.
I may be wrong but I don't think Huber was part of the investigations themselves.
Will Alfred E Sessions indict the criminals involved?
Was the draft backed up on the Amazon/Google Cloud?
Sessions hasn’t recused himself from any such thing, iirc.

But I read a lot and pay pretty good attention. The only thing I’ve actually seen is Sessions saying Huber is looking in to see if another Special Counsel should be appointed.
No proof of him being tasked with investigating the deep swamp cabal. All speculation. Usually Molly, Sarah, Hannity, Hoft, hell someone would find a story if it were true. God knows we’re all looking for some sign of life in the DOJ.
Yeah right, Hillary and Bill and Huma, McCabe and Comey will get a copy for sure. I don’t trust anyone there not to let them read it ahead of time. Someone will get them a copy. Add Obama and Lynch as well.
What angers me, and probably most who care... is the guilty roam the world free as a bird... no media attacking them every day ... after day... after day.. lying 24 hours a day... they are not on the media’s list... they get none of it!!
BUT
every day they go after the President... have found nothing... over a year and NOTHING.... but they keep hounding him... for the love of our country... stop the attacks on the innocent and go after the guilty!!!!!!

The principals will have a year to respond then the report will be rejiggered so that no one gets hurt. Final product in 20something.

We don’t need another special counsel, we need an Attorney General.
I don’t disagree but in this instance the result will be complete lack of legitimacy as opposed to previous instances that led most observers of D.C. to be merely cynical.

It will be another "nothing burger" like everything else that has been hyped up over the past year and a half, I believe.
The IG is required to report any crimes he uncovers as he conducts his investigation. So Horowitz hasn’t been sitting on them, waiting to reveal them to prosecutors only when his report is finished.
Someone has been receiving this information. And if not Huber it’s someone just like him.
