A pair of NJ Transit buses collided inside the Lincoln Tunnel Friday morning, leaving 31 people injured, officials said.

In New Jersey, this usually means there were 20-25 passengers on the buses, and the rest of the "injured" were bystanders who ran onto one of the buses and claimed to be injured so they could collect financial settlements from NJ Transit.
