Giuliani has clearly said that Mueller has everthing he needs now and should wrap up the investigation now. The only thing Giuliani said is that if Mueller gave him a credible and compelling reason for wanting clarification on something, that would be a possible justification for him to agree that Trump might answer it — in writing.
Mueller’s POSITION is not constitutionally supportable and his PROCEDURE is flatly unconstitutional. Trump’s lawyers should KNOW that and do whatever it would take to shut this b/s down NOW!
