The IG doesn’t have the power to subpoena anybody. He is not the one who should be doing this. It needs a prosecutor, but I don’t like these run amok special prosecutors. Surely, there is a federal prosecutor not connected to DC Swamp that could look into this.
You’re forgetting the Huber investigation with a grand jury deposed.
There is a prosecutor working with the IG. His name is Huber and he is out in Utah, well away from the DC swamp.
