Right to try has drawn backlash from House Democrats and patient safety organizations, who worry sidelining the FDA puts patients in danger. There are lies, and then there are transparent lies.
They are not worried about patients being in "danger".
The patients have weeks or months to live, and want to try a developmental drug.

You, and your family would to, absolutely!Yep - if for no other reason than to help them gather data in case the drug (or a derivative of it) turns out to be a success down the road...grasp the straw knowing you might also be helping future generations.....what kind of evil would try to stop that?
