Judge Napolitano is often shallow, vapid and lacking in necessary detail.
He has become an entertainer, and his commentary is worthless as legal advise or opinion.
I don’t watch television, so I only know him by name...this morning was the first time I took the time to watch him, and I found it disturbing that:
1.) He looked so confident and sure of himself, you would take anything he said as the God’s Truth if you didn’t know any better.
2.) When you listened and compared his analysis to Levin...you realized there was nothing there!
Agghhh! I HATE that. Made for TV. Vapid, but looks like an expert!

Only the constitutional office has the constitutional power to appoint.
That may be, but the presented summaries between his and Levin’s positions are addressing different issues.

As usual, Levin is addressing the issue of the constitutional legitimacy of Mueller’s appopintment, and the expenditure of funds improperly.
Rudy is just trying to please the Murdoch brothers.
The contrast was with Napalitano...who the summary suggests, was referencing the political aspects.
“The people” want to know what happened. “The law” says it needs to happen in a particular way.

My village of 20,000 people has video and audio recording devices in every interview room. Cops are getting body cameras right and left to record interactions with suspects and the public.
Why not the vaunted FBI?
Personally I’m in favor of having body cameras surgically implanted into the forehead of every single elected official in the US. Then stream it to the web 24-7-365.
Senators should have two. One in their forehead and the other in the palm of their dominant hand.
