As written, it will outlaw virtually all semiautos, 1911s included. It bans any semiauto with the capacity to accept a magazine of over 10 rounds. 30 round mags exist for the 1911, therefore all 1911s are banned.

I bought a Glock 19 over the counter at a gun store in Philomath, OR 3 1/2 years ago with no waiting period.

And several others with no waiting period in Oregon 10-15 years ago.
