There are in my view quite a number of people in that part of the country who are one step over the line from Nazi tyranny. The mayor appears to be one of them. He could see no other way to get his message across than play the jack boot thug authoritarian. Then, when he did not get his way, he turns to public ugliness. Because he is smarter than everyone else.

Is there a video game store in town selling violent video games? Did he try shutting them down with public shaming? I won’t apologize if he did, but I would admit that he is an equal opportunity Nazi. Of course he didn’t!

“....quite a number of people in that part of the country who are one step over the line from Nazi tyranny”

Interesting accusation.

I live about 40 miles from “that part of the country” and would be interested in you expanding on your ‘thought’ as I must have missed what the hell you’re talking about.
