The senator said in a follow-up tweet, “I am working with like-minded Republican senators on ways to push back on the president using authorities in ways never intended and that are damaging to our country and our allies. Will Democrats join us?”

That is this weasel’s way of saying that the GOP leadership should once again extend its middle finger to the people who voted for them. Given the electoral danger that faces GOP pols this November, I expect they’ll extend their middle finger to Kasich rather than risk the wrath of the GOP base.
