Trump does, and Congress has the absolute right to remove him from office, if they choose to do so.

Nothing wrong with that system - I suspect that was the intent of the founding fathers.

The right is not absolute because removal must be for the offenses specified in the Constitution. If Congress could remove merely for political disagreement or act on evidence that was cooked up, it would be nullifying the restrictions.
