Armed forces of the Turkish state continue their attacks in an effort to intimidate the people of Rojava, northern Syria as Afrin remains under their occupation.
Rojava-based Hawar News Agency (ANHA) reported that Turkish troops deployed at the border with Rojava attacked the village of Ali Shar located east of Kobanê.
Citing local sources, ANHA said Turkish forces opened fire on the village for 20 minutes, reportedly to cause fear and panic among the local people.
Turkish forces had opened fire on the same village before.
Can you imagine US and Turk shared oversight of the area Turkey does not hold? US presence is still in Kobane and YPG and SDF still hold the city itself. This is a village outside of the city of Kobane.
Turkey? Nothing but bullies, liars and hateful Jihadi's.
They will cooperate with nothing. Only held in check by force. Force? Really? Headshake.
I think Trump has decided to bail out of Syria, so the Kurds are basically on their own. I see them seeking an accommodation with the Syrian government.
Whatta NATO ally...
I agree, Turkey seems to be the only country that has committed Genocide that you hear nothing about. I have a few Kurdish friends on Facebook and I feel for them so bad. I am also ashamed that Turkey is still in Nato. I despise everything about Turkey. Free Constantinople.
I believe we are waiting until the elections on the 24th.
Not sure what happens then, but our leaders must know what Turkeey really is under Erdogan.
I know our Military clearly does.
Not ally in any form under Erdogan.
Possibly. May be not.
The US and Syria have long been on bad terms. The killed our Marines and supported many terrorists acts.
Point made.
Burn that f**king Nazi flag. PLEASE Trump and Bibi, kill this proto-Hitler NOW.
Yeah, that’s just another aisle for Trump to clean up...
A non-trivial task for sure,.
Which is why I consider Vlad the Impaler a Christian hero.
Time to kick them from NATO.
I think they are waiting until the results of the election on the 24th. It is unlikely that Erdogan will lose, but it is possible for him to do poorly.
