From a procedural standpoint, you're wrong - legislatures repeal laws all the time.

From a procedural standpoint, the step has already been taken ... 8 states have already legalized recreational marijuana.

No, its a one-way trip. Too many people, too much money. It will never be repealed.

I will say, once “medical marijuana” has been legalized, you may as well legalize it across the board. I saw that in action, and its a scam. Every other preacher’s kid has his marijuana card. Just legalize it, and skip the hypocrisy.

No they haven't, they just voted to ignore Federal law, they didn't change the law.
