Doesn’t matter if he’s “just” a dog catcher. He’s in an “official capacity” and he’s all for infringing on your rights if he can get away with it. And if he goes further up the chain and actually GETS to a point where he can do things like that, be sure he will.
He needs to be removed from ANY position of authority funded by taxpayers, and practicing the phrase “Do You want Fries with that, Sir?”.
Because obviously, this douchebag public servant (emphasis on “servant”) has ZERO conception of peoples’ rights.
I don’t live in CA, so I know I have zero say in it, but EVERY gunny in EVERY state is my American Brother and Sister, and when one of us has our Rights threatened, we are ALL threatened.
