Mueller can’t give anyone immunity; and certainly not someone so closely associated with himself. If Mueller started investigating Comey, Mueller would be forced to resign as special prosecutor because Comey called and met with Mueller on more than a few occasions.
From what I’ve witnessed, read, and heard; the entire obama Admin and the upper levels of the FBI and DOJ along with bit players in both should be perp walked into an indictment.
Including Brennan and Clapper of course.

They arrest Comey, beat the shit out of him, and throw him and all of his coup co-conspirators into prison in Guantanamo.
After a show trial, he has them lined up against a wall and shot.
