That’s what I got from the conclusions.
It looks like they concluded no political bias. I guess that means no criminal referrals. Dems claiming Comey cost hiLIARy the election. Who didn’t see this coming?
Nothing burger in terms of findings regarding criminality. Pretty much a standard internal audit citing procedural problems.
