Only if it's publicized by advertising, social media, official campaigns in multiple languages. Something like:

"DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR CHILDREN!!"

Do YOU love YOUR children? Then we urge you not to bring them into the U.S.A. illegally. Doing so will have heartbreaking consequences for your whole family.

Please, for your children's sake, please don't break our laws. Let's keep families together. Don't force such tragedy on your children.
