The only place such a marginal employee can survive in a job is in government service. These ding-dongs can’t last in private employment. It does not give them a path to petty power to be in the private sector.
No private sector employer will subject their other employees to this crap for very long. The snowflake would not be able to play games at a private sector job the way she can at this job.

Exactly. My first reaction to this story was how does this person still have a job? And, as a tax payer, why am I & my husband supporting this woman with a paycheck which comes from our tax dollara?
