the cops probably should have left EG alone, and fight the really serious crime, but its not the cops fault that this guy had medical issues...IIRC, they did a choke hold, but he got up and into the ambulance on his own, and then had a heart attack....correct me if I am wrong...

It was a submission hold. Big difference between that and a choke hold.

Basically Garner’s airway and throat passages were NOT crushed or damaged. As per the autopsy. He was not killed by the cops.
