Yes, and most people support holding the illegals until they go to court, the support is there for not releasing them if families are kept together.

I am not sure how that will work with the court decisions that say children can only be held a short time. When we have a mass invasion it takes a while for an immigration hearing. Many illegals in the past used to agree to deportation and waive the hearing. Now the special interest groups for open borders are coaching every single one to ask for a hearing.

There need be NO hearings. Determine the wetness of the backs and thens send them back. Better, spend some money and put them on C-130s and deposit them at an airfield in SOUTHERN Mexico or, if appropriate some other country down there. With a fighter escort just take them to the airfield and land them. Give each one a baggie with a sandwich in it as he exits the plane. They are not Americans. They don’t get Habeus Corpus or any Amendment rights. Just do it and be done.

Something like 300 or so judges to process 10's of thousands of immigration hearings.

There is a vast glut of recent law school graduates who can't find a job.

The solution is obvious.

Hire them as federal contractors, give them a quick course in immigration law and make them temporary immigration judges.
