SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS TRUMP TRAVEL BAN. Wow!
And as shocking as this might seem, “Republican” Jeff Flake says the Supreme Court got it wrong. Weird, right?
And this is why the “sit home on principal,, true conservatives” are so disappointing. Its all about the court. Have to admit, I laughed when my son told me Trump was running. Never thought he had a chance. Didnt matter cuz I knew what the left would do with the SC. Now, he may turn out to be among the best ever Presidents and we need to do any and everything possible to assure he stays in power, Rino’s and all if need be. So long as he can progress more and more will fall in line and the Rino’s will be primaried out sooner or later. We can never sit home in the general tho. To do so is a direct vote for the enemy.
What is the most troubling is that this should have been a unanimous decision.
It should not matter if a justice is a D or an R. The Law is what it is and says what it says, and is this case, it is very clear that whoever the president is, he/she can block the immigration of any person or any group of people at any time for any reason he deems for as long as he wants. Go read it.
Just because you disagree with him/her or disagree with the law is immaterial. It is still the law.
Don’t like the law... change it. Until then, it’s still the law.
Trump was entirely in his lane with the travel ban.
The SC decision should have been unanimous.
Okay, Trump won. What is next step? What does he do with this ruling in hand? Will he act on the Mexican border?
He should go back to the first iteration, ban ALL Muslims.
Sotomayors “dissent” ignoring the law and constitution has earned her impeachment. “Hurt feelings” is now a basis for a court ruling? Impeach!
That is why we need Trump in 2020, seats are going to open up.

As long as we allow District Judges to make decisions that bind the entire country this will continue. Being right is not enough, you also have to have the blessing of the Supremes Court and that is at best a dicey option.
We have some very powerful tyrants in charge and no President can play by their rules and prevail.
