Ever meet this guy? He’s a real phony and pompous jerk. He was on Christopher Dodd’s staff so he got access to cell phone licenses which were not SOLD by the federal government; Warner had an “in” so he paid nothing for them. We taxpayers made this arse a multimillionaire and he rewards us by sticking it to us. He will go no further than senator; but for the Northerners and immigrants who have swamped Northern VA, he would not have gotten that.
