I noted that too in Thomas’s opinion. It sounds as if the issue of finding a liberal judge to issue an injunction against something liberals don’t like, may be ruled as a violation of proper legal proceedings.
It seems that we need the Supreme Court to immediately overturn every illegal liberal ruling for awhile. I’d day about 47 times should do it. It’s just like graffiti; you have to keep painting it out immediately until they give up.
