Exactly. How is this not involuntary manslaughter? I don’t care how contrite his sex partner is about the event.

It seems crazy that the prosecutor lets this walk, and doesn’t at minimum put it in front of a grand jury. And really it should just be prosecuted and let a jury decide.

That was my impression ... how they are looking the other way. There should be some consideration, at least a charge for manslaughter. The family(?) should seek wrongful death suit against the master of ceremonies.
