Why isnt he in jail? Apparently free market business is more responsive than government. Who'd of thunk it? Maybe now that he has been ID'd and fired by his employer, the authorities can charge and arrest him.

Exactly...why is he not charged with assault and theft? Fired from a part-time job? That’s barely a slap on the wrist.
