Just shows the left doesn’t read history. This is the same PD that pretty much dropped a bomb on a house full of folks it wanted to get rid of, including women and children. Having lived in Philly for 10 years, I’d say they were showing great restraint.
Did they think the Philly cops were going to be afraid of their umbrellas and tattoos?
