Satire is protected speech.
I don’t like what he did, but it’s legal.
Only if it political in nature.
Otherwise, slander, libel and defamation laws are unconstitutional.
Palin could sue to get reimbursed for her time and money spent for her to travel to DC to be interviewed by this clown, under false pretenses.
She believed he represented a nonprofit Veterans Organization and was volunteering her time. But in reality he was doing a TV show for his own profit.
That is where she has the basis for her suit if she chooses.................
