The American Left equates sincere religious faith with bigotry. Thats why Kavanaugh will face a religious test from Senate Democrats in his confirmation hearings.
n his remarks Monday night upon accepting President Trumps nomination to the Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh said this: My judicial philosophy is straightforward. A judge must be independent, and must interpret the law, not make the law. A judge must interpret statutes as written, and a judge must interpret the Constitution as written, informed by history and tradition and precedent.
Youd think that would be enough to settle the question of whether Kavanaugh is fit to be a Supreme Court justice: he obviously is. But he also said he is part of a vibrant Catholic community in the D.C. area, which means theres no question hell face stiff opposition from Senate Democrats. In fact, Kavanaugh will almost certainly face a religious test from Senate Democrats.

But that doesn't matter to Democrats. They have made it clear that anyone holding traditional Christian beliefs is disqualified from holding public officeeven for a candidate as manifestly qualified as Kavanaugh.
The Democrats are hateful, religious bigots. They need to be called out on it.
I am of the opinion that the committee parliamentarian should be well versed in ports of order and objections. I further believe that any such mention of a religious test should be objected to by one GOP member of the committee.
.... break up the Dem sound bite opportunity.
Our domestic enemies’ anticipated lie:
“It’s ok, because Trump’s religious test for travel was upheld by the USSC”
Big Media will quote at least one USSC “justice” in agreement.
Hmmm. Isn’t schmuckey “too Jewish” to be a senator? Constitution? We don’t need no steenkin’ constitution.
"If you don't have a question that is in accordance with the U. S. Constitution, we'll call the next Senator."
"Remember, you swore an oath when you became Senator."
Here it is.
Oath of Office
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
Hopefully that will happen in the hearings. If Schumer or others get personal about his faith, people on our side need to explicitly call them out on that.
To paraphrase our favorite Senator
The anti constitution dogma is strong within you...
Dems religious test strictly forbidden....
This is no impediment to the Democrat Party. They regularly ignore the Constitution, especially when they are in power, and they despise Christians. Most Americans do not agree with this position and will not support the Democrats with this line of attack. The Democrats are working hard to ensure that they never get the support beyond their core base, usually about 30% of voters. I wish them well.
My judicial philosophy is straightforward. A judge must be independent, and must interpret the law, not make the law. A judge must interpret statutes as written, and a judge must interpret the Constitution as written, informed by history and tradition and precedent.
If you’re a leftist it is.
Kavanaugh coaches his daughter’s Basketball team. Think like a Demonic Democrat, and that’s where the attack might come from.
MIGHT?!
I’m figuring his stalking army has already been mobilized.
They are forgetting about some guy with the initials JFK.
Just like the Nazis and the Jews.
1. Social ostrasization.
2. Financial destruction.
3. Oppress with civil laws and regulations
4. Beatings and violence.
5. Criminalize.
6. Mass incarceration
6. Mass murder.
Above plan is well under way. And gutless Republican leaders do nothing.
Other than Trump, Republicans are gutless cucks.
He should repeat this answer to every idiot demoRat.

For previous case opinions, he should stick to the facts of the particular case and limit answers to the laws in question.

Excellent advice.
