Maybe it’s just the state and your avg speed. Never smelled it on any Indiana highways nor in the midwest.
It is true that I smell it on the busiest freeways. But not only is stop and go traffic.
Agree, but not sure that is enforceable under the law.
I am sure that many a wasted person built America. I guess that tradition will continue.
