That’s what I was going to post. If they have no evidence of a crime, how can they indict someone for it?

I don’t think the Judge threw Manafort into isolation, he moved him from a better jail cell 100 miles away to a nearby ordinary jail cell in Arlington so he can’t complain he is too far from his lawyer. Unfortunately, his lawyer will probably not now be able to bring in a PC, load it with messages from Manafort and take it back out to forward messages. Will his lawyer face discipline for doing that? Many details below and int the comments. One comment pointed out that the Judge had also rapped Mueller’s knuckles earlier.
