Never. The "justice" system is very uneven and selective in who it prosecutes and for what.

When we control more of the government than the swamp does, I suppose. On the bright side, we know a whole lot more about what has been going on than we did during Obama! And a heck of a lot more than if Hillary won.
When we die and go to heaven.
Until then we have to live in a world that hates us.
