Why does a cop who does not die in the line of duty deserve anything more than any other person who dies? People die everyday, killing yourself does not warrant a line of duty death funeral.

On top of that, I have a problem with someone who takes their own life, leaving kids behind. In fact, I gave up some risky things, like riding motorcycles, until my kids grew up. God may still take their father away from them while they’re young, but I wasn’t going to help Him do it.
