Aaaah, I've actually seen photos of signs of WMDs. Pointed out the fact in a pic and no one at Penn State was smart enough to understand the significance; of course all the people there are Marxists anti Republicans so they just rolled their eyes.

What I saw was a pile of yellow cake which is u3o8 used as enrichment feed to make enriched uranium.
