When a killer whale drowned and dismembered a trainer at a SeaWorld park in Florida in 2010, federal labor officials fined the park $12,000 and required protective measures over the objection of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, who predicted in a written opinion that the next step would be a ban on tackling in pro football.

So here we go. The liberals are digging through his opinions, and cherry picking the best, best from their point of view, to make him look like a fool.

I’ve seen the Killer Whale show before and after this event.
Before, it was spectacular. Now it’s kind of interesting.

An orca killing a human is extremely rare. The one who went savage at Sea World was known to have a hair trigger.

There are any number of professions whose participants cannot get life insurance for the reasoning laid out by J. Kavanaugh. These are not your standard “workplace” jobs, so the article is an enormous stretch.

It’s an assumed risk by the trainer. Sea World should still be liable for her death since they knew this particular Orca had killed before.

If you work with killer whales, be mindful of that “killer” part and behave accordingly.
