So they are suing in FEDERAL court over 1000 people who haven’t even brought suit anywhere, and hundreds of people who have brought suit in STATE courts.
Find a lawyer who can explain lawsuits, counterclaims, third party complaints, and removals to you before you continue to make up facts to suit your theories.
