Funny thing, back in the 1980's I remember people joking about the democrats using things like food stamps and other welfare benefits to buy votes. The joke was, "Why don't they just skip the middle man and send everyone a check every month to vote democrat, it would be cheaper and easier."

It took them 40 years, but they finally got there, not even putting up the charade anymore, they are just saying "Vote for us and get free money..."
