Very long and detailed, and overall favorable story about her. A similar story on Pub candidate Steve Pearce will appear in this Sunday's ABQ Journal.

I had to heavily excerpt the article but what I got out of it is that she is a fighter for her beliefs and has crossed paths with both Dem and Rep governors (King, Johnson and Richardson) in her career in state government. Unlike Richardson who had national ambitions and only used his time in NM to further them, those are not immediately obvious with her. The story focuses more on societal issues and problems and not so much on what steps she would propose to help the economy and investment in the state.

If she wins the race for Governor, in my opinion, NM could do a whole lot worse given the crazy beliefs of the radical left-wing opposition to her in the primary. Of course the Dems are known for saying one thing to get elected then immediately changing course to their usual tax, spend and regulate stance. But if she wins and maintains what she says in the article NM may survive the change in party leadership at the top.

Nope, she is anti-gun and would lead us down the same path as Cali and NY.
She would be a rubber stamp for anything coming out of the roundhouse, higher taxes, sanctuary state, and more spending we can't afford now.
She will do nothing to bring in jobs to the state, and shoulder any of her initiatives on the back of taxpayers.

She is on record saying she would back an AR-15 ban in New Mexico. https://www.abqjournal.com/1151832/dem-gov-hopefuls-back-ar15-ban.html

Pearce better get off his duff.
