It states as a “fact” that Carter Page is a foreign agent working for Russia. It follows that with the statement that “there is speculation that the WikiLeaks release of DNC documents was given to WikiLeaks by Russia.”
That confirms what I already believed. The FISC judges are as corrupt as the FBI.
Page was a business man...not an agent. Same thing with Manafort. Neither had anything to do with the President.

Only in the US, can UK intelligence obtain Kremlin intel about an American citizen paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC and be issued a warrant for massive spying on him and those two clicks away.
Those two clicks mean everyone on the Trump campaign.
As history shows us, despite the railroading of numerous individuals, Carter Page has never been charged with anything. Obviously not an agent of Russia.
But Page was never charged.
