I saw the menu for the Red Hen and photos of their offerings. It was hard to get relevant photos because the restaurant changed their menu weekly. Here is what I found:

Prices don’t seem THAT bad. You’d pay that much in a good restaurant in Charlotte. Food looked good too...at least on the menu. They shot themselves in the foot.
Rank amateurs trying to look impressive.
I long ago learned that the more words used to describe the food item on the menu, then the smaller the food portion AND the more expensive it will be.
