It must be much different in the Southern District of New York.
I have seen a lot of warrants issued on very flimsy evidence. Lots of warrants are mostly boilerplate including all notes, computers, phones, etc, on every warrant for everything from burglary to drug sales.

I wish judges were routinely half as careful as McCarthy makes them out to be.
