It's far too early to celebrate.This was a decision of a panel of three of the Court's judges.It's my understanding that the losing side (the State of Hawaii) can request that the entire court review the case.
If that happens it's easy...*very* easy...to imagine that court,as it *so* often does,issue a thoroughly unconstitutional and anti-American ruling.
