As part of my job I occasionally need to check on a person’s SS#. On many occasions I have discovered that a single SS# is being used by dozens of people at the same time. And all these people manage to file tax returns and get IRS refunds. I guess the IRS looks the other way when dealing with illegal aliens but if you or I did that, we’d be breaking rocks at Leavenworth.

Apparently there is a major flaw in the process. You would think
