That’s exactly what is happening. Register foreign national freeloaders to “vote in local elections” and “accidentally” send them ballots for national elections. They will always claim it was “just sloppiness” and “unintentional” if they get caught. It’s time to start throwing these scumbag “election officials” in jail for these screwups whether intentional or not.
Yes, I expect that will be how it happens. They will accidentally get the wrong ballots. There will be no way to track or account for which ballots were distributed to which “voters”.
It is amazing that very people who are so appalled by the fact that a foreign country (Russia) may have influenced the 2016 elections are facilitating voting by illegals, who are foreigners.
If they really cared about foreign influence in elections, they would put a halt to this stuff going on in CA, and they would also full-out support the concept of voter-ID requirements.
