Illegal Aliens had in fact voted. Hermandad Nacional was fined later on.
Congress has the authority to invalidate any election where even one vote is shown to be illegal, and order a special election to resolve the issue.
Congress elected not to defend Dornan, and seated Sanchez.
There were hundreds of irregularities, and I believe by the end of the investigation it was documented that around 125 illegal alien votes had been cast.
Good old Newt was the Speaker at that time, and I would have to believe instrumental in selling Dornan out.
The Trump Admin should challenge this now at the local level...file a lawsuit against the county and hit them with the full weight of the law....force it into the federal courts and to the SC...handle the issue now and you won’t have to

Sanchez should have never been seated. The election should have been voided and re-run with REAL voter ID requirements.
HE certainly is culpable in part for the current situation. It was because there was no challenge to Sanchez that they demcoRATS realized that they could get away with vote fraud.
