This is true. The fact that Planned Parenthood is saying it does not make it false. Their previous version, "Women have breasts; men don't," was false ... not because Planned Parenthood said it, but just because it's false.

Men do indeed have breasts and can actually be victims of breast cancer, but they do not have the genetic information that allows their breast to function in the same way that women's breast do. Women have breasts because their evolutionary role was to bear and nourish their offspring and their bodies are equipped (alas!) with more fat depots to provide the energy for that role. Men have more muscle mass and less fat because they were the ones who had to go "hunt and gather" to provide for those that depended on them.

The biological ignorance of Planned Parenthood and all the others that spout this nonsense is astonishing! Just a few years ago they would have been laughed at and ridiculed for such outrageous beliefs. The fact that they are allowed to indoctrinate "young skulls full of mush" (to borrow a phrase from Rush) infuriates an old biology and anatomy insructor like me!!
