Alcohol doesn’t degrade an entire society the way marijuana does and I think you are aware of that unless you are a follower of Carry Nation.

I’m a recovering alcoholic bub. 28 years I haven’t touched a drop or a drug. Alcohol does FAR more damage to society then weed does since it’s legal and more socially acceptable.

Enough with the bubs. If alcohol is as destructive as you say and Prohibition was a failure, then what do you propose? Sounds like the 21st Amendment left the wet or dry decision up to the states. Things usually work out better at that level.

very few things throughout history have degraded entire societies than alcohol abuse...
Oh, I'm not arguing that marijuana is a good thing to use...just that it shouldn't be illegal.
Prices on the front range are high, the market is hot, multiple offers on homes & condos, owners getting full pop.
Western slope market is much better than it was a few years back, realtors are busy, but prices are much more reasonable. New home inventory is keeping pace with population increase, at least for now.
